Candace Sledge Erskine is the CEO/Founder of Calibre PM Consultancy (PMC), LLC which is a progressive and proactive organization specializing in program and project management practices providing management best practices, utilizing automated tools, and seasoned professionals to ensure effective performance. 

Candace has a bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Business Administration with a concentration in Program Management, as well as a Masters of Program Management (MPM) from Keller School of Management. Additionally, she has multiple-level Certifications in Program Management from Defense Acquisition University (DAU).

Candace is a Program Management Professional with over 20 years of diverse and successful experiences in program management and acquisition with the Department of Defense as well as several years of skill enhancing experiences in the education and commercial/corporate sectors. 

Candace has successfully performed in empowered positions at various organizations with demonstrated skills and abilities in areas such as leadership, supervision, program management, planning, analysis, risk management, schedule development, integration, financial analysis, reviews, strategic and critical thinking/decision making, business acumen, continuous improvement, resource management, preparing and presenting briefings, change management, customer relations, organizational structure, training and teaching, team-building, process development, improvement and management, as well as proposal development and management. She is motivated, personable, business oriented, and professional with a talent for quickly mastering efforts to achieve organizational goals and objectives. She has proven to be flexible, versatile, and able to easily adapt in any environment with a demonstrated history of breaking the big picture down to achievable goals and making plans a reality.
